I specialized in manual therapy (mobilizations and osteoarticular thrusts), in various types of massage (lymphatic drainage, connective tissue, myofascial), in fascial manipulation (for the musculoskeletal system and for internal dysfunctions) and in global postural rehabilitation. If necessary I like to mix the various approaches in order to propose a therapeutic path where the patient is seen as a whole. Finally, I often integrate with pilates physios (pilates exercises with therapeutic purposes) to obtain a strengthening of the deep muscles, an improvement in elasticity, coordination and balance.
