The body-mind relationship considers the individual as the only subject in which the physical and psychological planes influence each other.In the case of specific clinical pathologies, the brain's ability to modulate and direct the muscular, skeletal and physical functions. Psychology studies the motivational, emotional and biochemical aspects that support and accompany some important moments in life: from physical rehabilitation after events involving our body, to correct posture and breathing, to the management of movement for sportsmen, or to the recovery of physical activity for those who have to lose weight, tone up and generally improve their body and lifestyle.
